We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
9. REPAIRS AND AUTHORIZATION
I authorize NICE PHX to prepare an estimate of repair costs and if necessary dismantle parts of my vehicle to do so. I understand that this is not an authorization to repair and is only for evaluating damages for myself or the insurance company covering the cost of repair. NICE PHX will not be held responsible for items left in any vehicle either towed or driven in for estimating or repairing. Any labor involved in dismantling or estimating must be paid before vehicle is moved from NICE PHX premises. Vehicles towed or driven in, then deemed a total loss, or moved to another location for any reason by customer or Insurance Company may be subject to admin, lot, debris cleanup charges or estimate fees. Any labor, towing or lift inspection fees must be paid before a vehicle leaves NICE PHX .
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. SMS Privacy Policy
Network Insurance Collision Experts is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs how we treat the Personal Information that we collect and receive from you in connection with your use of the SMS Service (“Service”), which we make available to you through a third-party service provider. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Network Insurance Collision Experts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy for your convenience. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Policy constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.
“Personal Information” is information that individually identifies you, such as your mobile phone number or user/screen name, as well as the any Personal Information that you choose to include in messages you send through the Service.
What Personal Information Is Collected About You
Through the use of the Service, Network Insurance Collision Experts will receive the following information from our third party service provider: your mobile phone number when you send a text message to us, the text of messages that you send to other users of the Service, any user or screen name that you select in connection with the Service, as well as any comments or feedback regarding the Service that you send to us.
How Network Insurance Collision Experts Uses Personal Information About You
We use Personal Information to (a) provide you with the Service, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) improve the Service, (d) if necessary, contact you with important announcements or messages, (e) conduct research, and (f) provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients and partners.
Each message that you send through the Service (either to us or to other users of the Service) is stored on our servers. We retain these messages on our servers. Network Insurance Collision Experts utilizes servers and services owned by third parties.
Security
Network Insurance Collision Experts takes precautions to ensure the security of your Personal Information, including ensuring that our third party service providers protect the security of your Personal Information. However, we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to your Personal Information despite our efforts. You should note that in using the Service, your information will travel through third party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third party SMS delivery platform or your carrier network).
We cannot protect, nor does this Policy apply to, any information that you transmit to other users. You should never transmit personal or identifying information to other users.
Opting In
A mobile user might opt-in by:

Opting Out
Network Insurance Collision Experts third-party service provider gives you the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. You can opt out by texting “STOP”.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Service, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and Network Insurance Collision Experts does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.
Intended Audience
Network Insurance Collision Experts requires that users of this service be limited to US residents only.
Work Authorization: I hereby authorize the repair work herein set forth to be done with the necessary materials and agree that Network Insurance Collision Experts and/or Network Collision is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in cases of fire, theft and / or any cause beyond our control. I hereby grant Network and employees / subcontractors’ permission to operate the vehicle herein described on your property or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic’s lien is hereby enforced if all required payments are not made to the facility upon completion of repairs. I also understand that rentals are an agreement between Insurance and Customer. In no case do we pay for rental for any reason or delay. In the event a vehicle is deemed a Total Loss or repairs are not finished, Network reserves the right to charge the current daily storage rate and admin fee from the day the vehicle dropped off. All sublet invoices are marked up 25%. If the insurance company refuses to pay the markup and or rate differences, the customer will need to pay at the completion of repairs. I also understand Network is not responsible for chips in windshields that spread as a result of the vehicle going in and out of the booth or any repair work. Power of Attorney: Customer hereby grants Network Insurance Collision Experts and/or Network Collision and authorized employees the limited Power of Attorney to endorse on the customers behalf. All insurance company checks are made payable to Network Insurance Collision Experts and/or Network Collision or to customers regarding described vehicle and claim. The limited Power of Attorney expires upon full payment of the vehicle.
