- Full Service Towing: We will dispatch a tow truck to the clients home, tow yard, or anywhere else the vehicle is located. This is to ensure that an abandoned title is not filed if left at a tow yard, as well as ensuring the client does not receive any tickets for the car sitting in the street of an HOA community.
- Diminished Value Reports: We have an excellent 3rd party appraiser that writes DV reports on repairable vehicles. This is a flat rate of $400.
- Total-Loss Evaluations: We use the same 3rd party appraiser that writes total-loss evaluations comparing the vehicle to 4 comp cars in the area to get your client more money for their settlement. This is a flat rate of $500.
- Rentals for Covered Clients: For clients that have rental coverage we will set up a rental vehicle for them through an Enterprise of their choosing.
- Getting Liability Accepted: We have a strategic system for getting insurance to accept liability quickly so we can get the case moving along faster.
- Frequent Updates: We update our mutual clients every Tuesday and Thursday and update you and your firm every Friday about where we are in the property damage process. These updates can be tweaked according to how often and when you would like to be updated.
